A little painting I got distracted with in the middle of the night. Originally it was just a tiny sketch in my notebook...I was struck with the urge to paint it red. =P Just a portrait of Fox.

Wonderful.. I like his expression - a bit melancholy or brooding but determined. The red lighting looks just great.

Wow. I remember when fox was actually a fox (I kinda miss the foxy him, but I'm getting kindof attached to the human him now) and the drawings were awesome.
If this is just a doodle... I...
I love the texture! GORD how do you do that? The wrinkles on his lips and the waight of his clothes, yet still stylized and not overly sickeningly realistic... You're amazing. I hope you keep sharing your art for a long long long time to come. Thank you soo much.

I clicked on the link thinking "OH MY GOD SOMEONE STOLE FOX, I MUST TELL TRACY BUTLER.." And then I realized it was you. :D
I had no idea you had a deviantart gallery.. I'd been following your artwork for years, and years, and years. You were always my biggest inspiration back when I was drawing furries. It was because of you that I got so interested in trying to draw those infuriating little celtic weaves on fabric. ^_^

The red compliments him very well. He is indeed sexy, I think it's the hair. His eyes though are fantastic they are so full of soul and charisma. I really like this. :love:
