I really enjoy watching the interactions between Viktor and Rocky, but I'm also curious of something; Does Viktor dislike Rocky? Because he sure beats up on the clown alot, or does he like Rocky somewhere deep deep deep WAAAY deep down?

Well, superficially, he's just annoyed by him...he clearly doesn't think he's physically capable of the job he's doing either. He can't fathom where Rocky's zeal for it all comes from, and if he wasn't wary of it before it nearly got him (Viktor) killed, he is now. Deep down, I'd say he has a foreboding about him.
